This event is a panel discussion of Bryan Stevenson's presentation at the April 13, 2022 United Ministries TD center luncheon. The United Ministry presentation of “Elevating the Conversation about Humanity, Compassion & Justice.” by Bryan Stevenson challenged us to re-examine our commitment to social justice. Please join us at Israel Metropolitan CME Church for a lively follow up discussion of key issues, failures and strategies for “elevating the conversation” about justice in our community. The event will include a panel discussion which will include Lizzie Bebber, MDiv, Executive Director of United Ministries , Robert Dwyer, Professor, Furman University Olli program and Dr. Feliccia Smith , Co-Collaborator Community Remembrance Project. The discussion will be moderated by Bernard Steadman and will include questions and challenges presented by community leaders. Each of our panelist will share stories, analysis of the issues and suggestions as to their thoughts as to what each of us can do to “ elevate the discussion” in the Greenville community.
