This training offered by Albany’s Department of Community and Economic development will be sure to offer valuable insight to attendees. The training will incorporate the basics of effective governance practices, types of board models, and how all of those relate to our model of the nonprofit lifecycle. This training will also address the common board and organizational challenges. Ultimately this training will serve as a learning opportunity that help deepen your understanding of the board members roles and responsibilities.
