Identify and Get Rid of Your Self-Sabotaging Behaviors
While we may not be clear on what they are, we all engage in self-sabotaging behaviors. Self-sabotaging behaviors are behaviors that impede on our everyday lives, making it harder for us to experience true happiness, have successful relationships and reach our potential goals.
Sharond Brown, MA NCC LPC-S conducted a study that reveals the top 5 self-sabotaging behaviors that most people engage in yet aren't aware of. Similarly, she has created a survey that helps people identify what their unique self-sabotaging behaviors are. Come take the survey, learn what your behaviors may be. Learn how these behaviors develop and how to treat them to prevent the symptoms of long-term mental illness. This workshop is great for professionals or consumers and offers 3 CEs for professional development and licensure mandates. Lunch is also provided. Must wear a mask during this event.
