Move Basketball Hoop + Dispose of Sand

NEEDS TO BE MOVED BY TONIGHT or TOMORROW MORNING The base is filled with sand--you will need to remove that from the property with you. Once the sand is out, it will be easy to roll the hoop (it has wheels) down the hill a few blocks away. You will need: - 2 strong people (to tip over and transport sand) - OPTIONAL: leaf blower to more easily push out the sand - PROVIDED: large trash bags are by the hoop for sand transport I would recommend tipping it over and putting the sand in strong trash bags (provided). I've seen a leaf blower work to push the sand out too. The board/hoop will dismantle using 2 crescent wrenches, but the poles will not come off the base. This is why it is best to keep it intact and roll it fully assembled.
