I’m looking for a carpenter with residential construction experience. My company is growing and I’m getting more work than I can handle. My projects are higher end of the market and I work with interesting clients and architects, who expect high quality work and great customer service. Most of my projects are in the City, some in North Bay, some in the East Bay. What I’m looking for: - experience with interior framing, finish framing a plus - sense of humor and pleasant demeanor - ability to work independently - willingness to learn and look for creative solutions to problems - good communication, asking questions if anything is not clear before proceeding - minimum decent English skills - well organized and on time - integrity a must What I offer: - good pay that you will be happy with - easy going work environment - two weeks paid vacation, - bonuses based on company performance - other perks will be discussed in person
