Sausalito Marin City School District Superintendent Itoco Garcia was investigated by the Marin County Office of Education, according to the report. Robert Henry, who serves as legal counsel to the county education office, confirmed that Garcia had contact with the complainant, but said there was insufficient evidence to prove wrongdoing occurred during the encounters, The IJ reports.
