Join us for a family-focused workout a lululemon MOA with ambassador Kam Johnson, owner of KJFITCO! The Family DailyDrip: In this fun and interactive class, the entire family is guaranteed to work up a sweat. We will begin with kid-friendly yoga and then move into functional bodyweight movements that include progressions and regressions so that all workout levels are welcome. This style is particularly fun and beneficial for children because they can apply it to the activities they do in their everyday lives. Participants will leave feeling amazing physically, mentally and emotionally. Added bonus: the kids will sleep extra well at night! Crisp & Green will be supplying post-drip Frescas for everyone.
