It's soup season! Learn how to make a variety of warming and comforting plant-based whole food soups for winter meals. Included in the collection will be a New England chowder, a plant-based chili, a borscht, a basic vegetable stock recipe and several other bowls of goodness. There is something to please every palette. Recipes will be demonstrated and sampled -- come to class hungry!
