Two kittens

I have two kittens around 4 or 5 months old. They showed up with their mom behind my house a couple months ago when it was snowy and slept under my back porch for about a week before I decided to start feeding them. I'm pretty sure they're strays and don't have any shots/aren't spayed/neutered. I haven't seen the mom for a few weeks now. Both are friendly and like being petted. I have let them inside my house on multiple occasions, so it won't be a shock to them when let inside. They actually always try to sneak inside when I open the door. The black cat is a polydactyl and has 6 toes on each front foot. His feet look like little mittens. He's very sweet, loves attention, and purrs loudly. He has a cold and sneezes often. The gray-ish cat is a female. She has a scratched eye and is still slightly cautious around humans, although she will usually let you pet her. Rehoming fee is $60 total for both and they come with a used kennel that I recently acquired. I have an appointment with PAWS Murfreesboro on the 11th if I can't find a home for them.
