Checking account and keep the checking account for the period of one year. We will reimburse you monthly fees that you incur. You will need to keep enough money in the account to prevent it from being closed. This is a yearlong project. During this year, you will meet with a research team twice a month at the start (pay is $100 per hour), where they would like to document the following: i) Account opening process and First time login to the firm via website and mobile app – This pays $200 ii) Account setup and funding process on the website and mobile app – This pays $100 per interview hour iii) Website and mobile app account during the first year – this pays $100 per interview hour iv) Communication shared with you, such as email and mail – this pays $15 per communication that you forward on to us They will not use any of your personal information; they are simply interested in learning how the firm communicates with you during the first year of account opening.
