No previous experience required but if you have previous experience, your take home pay will be higher due to knowledge of industry. We offer both hourly and also a production pay / commission so your take home pay can also be higher than posted depending on your work ethic and drive. We have steady work all year long servicing moves in the local area. Once trained we also have other positions in the company to service short haul shipments if you are interested. Job Duties / Team Member Expectations: Moving functions: Pack small items into boxes / Pad wrap large items for transit / Load and unload items at warehouse or at customer’s residence. Customer service oriented: Have a positive “can-do” attitude that is comfortable speaking with customers. Take proper care of the customer’s household goods as if it were your own. Treat customer, management and other team members with respect to keep a constructive work environment that promotes growth. Strive for positive customer reviews that result in bonuses and increased pay! Communication skills: Can pay attention to detail - take management direction and follow instructions. Can effectively communicate and help lead teams of 2/3 people to ensure daily goals are met. Safety driven: Complete morning truck reports ensuring that the vehicle is in good working order and all equipment is ready for use. Requirements: Must be able to pass a background screen Must be drug free (we have pre-employment screens and random testing in our drug free workplace) Must have a clean driving record (No DUI, minimal tickets in past 3 years) Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must be able to work FULL TIME! Starting work promptly at 7 and be flexible about your “clock out” time. Each job is different and ending time is not always firm. Must have a good work ethic and be dependable! Job Type: Full-time
