I am going out of town and have a time-sensitive task that I need to complete at my rental property. I have a mold remediation kit that includes an air scrubber (requires easy installation) and multiple mold bombs. The kit requires a careful walkthrough over the phone with instructions for this process. I will be present on this call. This would need to be completed on a weekday between 10:00am and 5:00pm. It should take 3-4 hours. I need to have this done soon and I am looking for someone whom I can trust to do this job. I will pay a base fee of $200.00 and will be supervising remotely.
