DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — ISD 191's school board voted unanimously Thursday to sell Metcalf Middle School to Syndica, LLP for $12.3 million, according to a report by Bring Me The News. Once the sale of the school, located at the intersection of Diffley Road and Highway 13 in Eagan, is finalized, Syndica, LLP must demolish it within 180 days, the report said.
