Looking for a professional between 27-38 years old to share a brand new condo with me in Baiting Hollow. The condo is approximately 1200 sq ft, has a variety of amenities (washer/dryer in unit, pool, tennis and pickleball, beach access), and you'll have full use of your own private bedroom and bathroom. I purchased it a few weeks ago and my current roommate is moving to be closer to work, so his room is barely lived in. The room is unfurnished. I have 1gb internet and the internet and utilities are included in the price. The condo is approximately 8 miles from downtown Riverhead and is very quiet. There's a back porch that looks over an exclusive golf course and it's absolutely beautiful.
I'm 33 and I own a wine store on the North Fork. I don't smoke, don't use drugs, and I rarely drink. I'm a homebody and I'm usually hanging out in my room when I'm not working. I have references from former roommates and I'm happy to provide them.
I'm hoping to find a professional between 27-40 years old with a history of good rentals with references. I'd prefer to find someone who works in tech, but I'm not terribly picky. That said: no couples, no kids, and no pets. No smoking (not even outside) and absolutely no drugs. I'm open to any gender and sexuality and I'm LGBTQ+ friendly. Vaccinated ONLY.
