Here are the top three stories today in Atlanta: The Atlanta Police Department has identified a suspect in a weekend crash involving a pedal pub in Midtown. The department has charged James Anthony Johnson with a DUI after he tipped the vehicle while making a turn near W. Peachtree Street. The police body camera footage describes 15 passengers falling from the pedal pub, seven bleeding, and one with head bleeding. Nobody suffered any life-threatening injuries. (FOX 5 Atlanta)The recent proposal for a 165-foot cell tower over Atlanta's Oakland Cemetery has been heavily criticized recently. The tower is desired by CitySwitch, a Chamblee-based company. City officials are calling the structure's plan ugly, secretive, and tasteless. The tower would be surrounded by barbed wire. (SaportaReport)A woman last seen on Johnson Roade in Atlanta has been found safe. Juanita Smalls, 73, went missing around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. Smalls' family was worried about her since she is in the early stages of dementia and has been forgetting things recently.
