At the historic Rockingham Ballroom, 4000 sf dance floor. Dust off your slickest duds, oil up your snappiest shoes, and join us for our first show of 2022 at the famous Rockingham Ballroom! The Rockingham Groove lays down 6+ decades of hip swinging big-brassy R&B sound - with more color and twists than a pretzel from the Play-Doh Fun Factory. From Etta, Stevie & Aretha to J. Geils, King Floyd & The Specials - this local 15-piece Rhythm & Blues Orchestra blows out an eclectic range of Soul, Funk & Rock grooves that make your feet itch and your extremities twitch. Over the winter months, while contemplating life, we also managed to learn a few new tunes.
