The Window Depot takes pride in providing quality service and affordable prices. We are currently looking for a sales associate to be the face of our company and would be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience by helping customers make selections for their project needs. Job Description • Helping customers select the right products and ensuring special orders and quotes are accurate. • Placing special orders and following up through to delivery. • Greeting customers with a friendly smile and seeing that all customer needs are met. • Answering phones and emails. • Handling cash drawer and opening/closing duties. • Help stock merchandise. • Help keep the store clean and safe. Job Requirements • Must be friendly and professional. • Offer excellent customer service. • Basic math skills and reading a tape measure. • Computer skills: Email, Microsoft Office, and Internet. • Have proper phone etiquette. • Bilingual is a plus. • Millwork experience is a plus. • Must be able to work morning, evening, and Saturday shifts. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Position Fulltime position. Schedule varies between morning, evening shifts including Saturdays. The Window Depot hours are Mon-Fri 7am- 6pm and Saturday’s 8am-4pm. Closed on Sundays.
