Beagle Mix needs new home

Daria is 5 years old. She is spayed on flea and heartworm prevention and up to date on her shots. She knows basic commands and is a psychiatric service animal. She is leash trained and completely house broken. I have had her since she was only 5 weeks old. Unfortunately I cannot give her the home and care she deserves. She's loves to swim and go to the dog park. She would do best in a home with a yard or with someone who can commit to taking her on walks or to the dog park frequently. She has a lot of energy but after an hour at the park she just wants to chew her bones and watch TV (sinefeild is her favorite) she will come with her colar, leash, training vest, sweaters, service dog vest and crate, which is not in the best shape but it serves its purpose. She chases cats so I'm unsure how she would do in a home with one. Dogs of all size are okay once they are introduced correctly.
