We need carpenters, maintenance technicians and skilled laborers to start as soon as possible! This position is responsible for demolition and upgrades on vacant apartment units within Los Angeles, Pasadena, Sherman Oaks and Glendale. The work schedule is Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm. Pay is based on experience up to $25/hour with weekly pay. Work Responsibilities: * Complete or install new carpentry, drywall, tile and click-flooring * Safely demolish old cabinets, counter tops and floors * Hang interior doors and install casing or trim * Lay shower tiles for walls or backsplashes * Light plumbing and electrical repairs * Prepare and clean-up job sites for painting * Provide updates to project managers on ETA and extent of various commercial repairs * Maintain material and supply inventory Send your name, phone number and/or resume for immediate consideration.
