Sister Scarlet is an established, well organized, and serious, original hard rock/metal band (No screamo, growling, or core of any kind) based out of Omaha, NE., and we are seeking a new lead vocalist. We are all experienced musicians and have released a few songs and videos thus far, with more songs on deck waiting for vocal tracking. We are currently finishing writing our first album, with plans for more music videos and live performance. Show rehearsals will begin once we find the right lead vocalist/front-man and our EP is finished. Regional performances only with minimal travel for now, No touring. Some of our influences are Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, 5FDP, Trapt, Ghost, Adelitas Way, and the like, just to name a few of the many. And the vocals we seek should be in that ballpark. You can learn more about us and hear our current releases on our socials: @SisterScarletMusic (fb, ig, tt) To be considered for audition you must have: - We are seeking a male vocalist only (Sorry ladies) - A voice capable of controlled power, some grit, AND strong clean presence. - Live performance experience. - Your own transportation and equipment. - The ability to record your singing at home and send the audio files to other members. - Examples of your singing (Audio recordings, video, or links to them online) - A good rock appearance and energy! No slobs and No wearing holes in the stage. - No drama and No egos. All of our writing is done remotely, and we have rehearsal spaces in both Council Bluffs, IA and Lincoln, NE. All members have the ability to record their parts at home, and we upload them to a shared folder online for each other to work with. We also have full in-house recording and production ability. So distance is not a factor necessarily, but we prefer within a 2 hour drive of Omaha to reduce hardship with rehearsals and video shoots.
