My landlord is selling his Apartments in the future

To Property owners /Landlords Hello I have been a long time tenant to my landlord in the Vancouver WA Lincoln Neighborhood He is remodeling the top units, and in the near future he will be remodeling the lower units and he is going to sell. He is a great landlord and we all love the guy, however he is getting up in the years and he is going to sell and hang it up. His mindset has always been that he keeps the rent down and folks will stay, and he has done so over the 12 years I have been with him, and before I arrived. Now that the writing is on the wall I am posting that I would like to meet some landlords who may have (throughout the year) Apartments which come open during the Calendar Year, small 1 bedroom apartments small around 325-500 square footage for example, old school unit, a small kitchen, basic apartment 1 bedroom, small bathroom, in or around the Lincoln neighborhood here in Vancouver WA near 39th street or main street or fourth plain or in Hazel dell I realize when I relocate the rent will be a lot higher but hopefully if they are older units and smaller units the rent will not be real real high. It is important that I network some so when it comes to time to move the search and transition will be a lot easier, and less stressful Thank you for reading
