Young, friendly cat that needs a home

My neighbor abandoned her cat when she moved out and I am trying to find a home for it. It was an indoor cat before she moved so it is litter box trained and very affectionate. If I were to guess, it is probably about a year old. I dont have any information on whether it was fixed or its gender or vaccination status. It seems to be in a healthy condition. The cat is a grey calico with orange and white spots and is pretty small for a cat. I let her inside once and she came in and cuddled with right up to me. She has shown zero signs of aggression and would make a great indoor or outdoor pet. I am moving to an apartment soon that does not allow pets so I will not be able to keep her and need to find a home for her soon!
