Hey everybody that has small dogs there's a foreign guy on here. I don't remember his name but he's like Indian he has a sleeve tattoo he says he goes to OSU. He gets dogs and then makes you promise that you will save them for him. And then he makes up an excuse and dump them without even contacting you to let you know he's about to dump the dog. He doesn't even deserve a dog so please be aware who you re-home your dog to.
