Our baby girl was stolen from us by Sean Allen Conner jr. Baby Girl is 4 almost 5 months old a beautiful black lab mix. We have known her since she was born. This guy knows she is ours. And tells me since she isn't chipped I can't prove anything. So he is keeping her. I don't know where he lives. So if anyone has information so we can bring our baby home
