HAS TOOLS AND UNDERSTANDS SAFETY HELPING WITH FENCING, MAKE READY FOR MOVE-IN'S, TRASHOUTS, PAINTING, MAINTENANCE REPAIRS LIKE PLUMBING, LEAKS, SHOWERS, SINKS, ETC. TROUBLE SHOOTING, PAINTING, MINOR CARPENTRY, NEW INSTALLS OF APPLIANCE AND OR LIGHTING. Minimum 2 years building maintenance experience performing some carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing functions. Perform a variety of maintenance/minor repair activities on the interior/exterior areas of the property including, but not limited to, painting, drywall, structural elements, plumbing repairs, interior and exterior lighting including lamp, fuse and ballast replacement Operate a variety of equipment to perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs and maintain cleanliness of property Knowledge of air conditioning and heating system operation, Filters WATER HEATERS, INSTALL BLINDS, Skill in safe operation of electrical tools and equipment Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships Operate a variety of equipment to perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs and maintain cleanliness of property BRINGING ANY AND ALL EXPERTISE AND KNOWLEDGE TO THE POSITION OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE. HOURS AND DAYS AND WAGE ARE NEGOTIABLE. (these are not apartments) Must have a current driver's license and reliable transportation
