We May Just Have A Much Bigger Crime Here?

We all know that identity theft is a real crime with real victims and serious consequences. When confederates, klansmen, Nazis, and Satanists pretend to be American Patriots even though they are not, aren't they committing a form of identity theft through fraud? They aren't real American Patriots and never will be. I think a lawsuit should adjudicate this matter and resolve the truth and what might very well be a crime? I believe the identity theft of an entire political party is a very serious legal question. The January 6 public hearings start in June and will expose the entire GOP as frauds and liars who hate America and conspired with foreign enemies to end democracy and freedom forever.
