Do you have Previous PROFESSIONAL Moving experience? Do you have a VALID Driver's License with a CLEAN driving record?? Zippy Shell is HIRING PROFESSIONAL MOVERS/DRIVERS to join their growing Team! This role is expected to have basic knowledge and skills around packing, assembling and moving. A CDL is NOT required but MUST have a VALID Class C license, Medical DOT card, and clean driving record. You are expected to be reliable, professional, and efficient in their approach to relocation and customer service. This is a highly physical position which requires endurance, stamina, and an ability to lift heavy objects on a daily basis. MOVER RESPONSIBILITIES: -Drive a Box truck witht he ability to tow a trailor -Disassemble & reassemble furniture, client items, etc. by using basic hand tools -Careful packing of items to ensure safe transportation during the move -Attention to detail and proactive mitigation of damage and risk to client’s homes and belongings -Provide exceptional customer service to clients -Ability to work with multiple customer types and personalities -Proactively communicate and problem solve with team members to mitigate any issues -Be coachable and willing to learn, as well as share knowledge and experience with others QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS: -Valid Class C license, DOT Medical Card, Clean driving record -Ability to interact positively and professionally with customers, employees, and vendors -Ability to communicate with management team on issues and ideas for improvement -Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment -Ability to work independently and in a team -Ability to multi-task -Ability to lift up to 75lbs -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Strong problem-solving skills High school or GED equivalent Everyone is subject to background check and drug test requirements We offer excellent pay, full benefits including Paid time off, 401K and paid holidays!!
