Electrician or Experienced Handyman to Help

Description

I have 2 semi-complicated issues and 2 pretty easy ones. I'd like and electrician or handyman with experience to help me out. 1. I have an electrical box running to a wall switch. One switch powers an exhaust fan I am getting rid of. The other goes Lord knows where. I'd like someone to figure out where the other one goes, and then eliminate the box and switch, or move the box into the ceiling and direct run the wires to the end of their run (my kitchen lights). Since the box is within 1 foot of the panel, easiest thing to do is just run the power line from the panel to a new box in the ceiling, and from that box to the conduit running to the kitchen wall switches, and just eliminate the old box and switches. Not too hard. Semi complicated. 2. I have one breaker which powers my dishwasher, my entire 2 car garage AND my one car detached garage. I'd like each on its own circuit. This is kind of complicated but it comes down to finding out where they split off and running a new line from the box there. This is a "nice to have" but not currently mission critical, but it would be nice to do now since the ceiling in the room where the panel is currently not covered up with drywall. Semi complicated. 3. I want to get rid of a 220 line in my kitchen wall (for the stove I am getting rid of) and get rid of the breaker and run a 110 to plug a gas stove into. Once disconnected fffrom the panel, the old 220 wire can be cut and pushed into the wall. This new 110 line could be piggybacked on a nearby wall outlet or run on a separate breaker, since it isn't far from the panel. The load for a couple of outlets and the juice needed for a gas stove should be fine. Easy. 4. I have a bedroom and a hallway that are already wired to wall switches and I have low profile wafer can lights I want installed. A third bedroom has a wall switch controlling a wall outlet that I want to control overhead wafer can lights in this room, too. A little more complicated but not too hard. Pretty easy. I have a million projects I am working on and I CAN do this stuff, but my plate is overloaded and I'd rather get some help. If interested, text Scott with the word "ELECTRIC" to 312-835-3976. Look forward to hearing from you.
