ADV Property Services is seeking an Experienced Property Rehab person with 10+ years of actual hands-on experience! Must be proficient in, but not limited to the following: sheetrock install, repair, taping & mudding, window & door install, carpentry, basic electrical & plumbing, painting, roof repairs (leaks), deck repair, bathroom & kitchen repairs cabinet & counter top installs etc. We handle all aspects of home rehab. We are looking for someone with recent working experience, verifiable recent references, must be able to work alone or in a team environment, must be able to follow instructions and be able to trouble shoot problems, must have own tools and own transportation.
