Construction Foreman Trainee Role

This role starts as a Crew Member on a construction team, and will be promoted to Foreman within 18-24 months. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities on the jobsite, hour, and daily progress reporting for the crew, locating/booking the hotel rooms for the crew. Foreman at our company is considered working foreman and will be expected to be hands-on with the daily construction activities. As a foreman, you will receive 2 weeks of PTO. Additional PTO with valid and active Class A or B CDL license. Specialty construction work erecting Water Storage Tanks in PA, NJ, MD, DE and VA. Foundation foreman will be required to perform site layouts, footing excavations with mini excavator or backhoe, install rebar to engineered specification, and pour concrete (footings and floors). Building/ Erection foreman will be required to perform tank layout, materials inventory, and steel bolt together construction of our tank sidewall panels. All foreman will work closely with 2 Project managers in the Palmyra, PA office and on occasion work with 1 of 4 project managers out of our Ohio main office. Company pays hotel and daily per diem for meals. Prevailing wage projects on top of standard company rates.
