"Being part of the ADUSA Distribution team brings a new adventure every day." - Becky G, Operations Management Essential functions • Pick up debris, empty trash cans, remove spills in a prompt manner, dust racks, doors, lights, etc. • Sweep and mop slots, clean restrooms, break-rooms and offices in assigned areas. • Clean sanitation equipment, including sanitation boxes and mops • Record all damaged product on a damage control sheet. • Sweep and scrub floors, as well as outside areas to help ensure the safety, proper sanitation and efficiency of the distribution center • Maintain equipment daily; topping off fluids, cleaning out brushes and washing equipment • Record and report all damaged product properly • Keep work area clean and free of debris • Report equipment and pallet jack problems to maintenance • Make recommendations for modifications to procedures or processes impacting their work group or distribution center that will maximize efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs • Ensure compliance with company standards in the areas of accuracy, safety and productivity. • Understanding of Food Safety handling techniques, practices and expectations for the work environment. Qualifications • High School Education • Certified on a powered industrial equipment where applicable • Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment • Excellent customer service, communication, verbal and written skills • Must be able to reach, stoop, bend and lift up to and including 60 lbs • Must be able to stand for long periods of time • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying conditions (i.e. cool temperatures, concrete floors, powered industrial trucks) APPLY NOW!
