Titus-Will Collision Center has a Clean-up Technician position available! Our Collision Center is an established family-owned business with a great reputation from our customers and employees. Titus-Will has been in business since 1938 with many business locations throughout the Greater Puget Sound. The Collision Center currently employs about 30 individuals and services about 200 vehicles each month. We are one of the very few collision repairers that have the industry recognized I-CAR gold designation. This is only achieved through a commitment with ongoing training to ensure our customer's vehicles are repaired with the best technicians in the industry. We are also factory certified with Ford, Hyundai, Nissan and FCA. This allows us to set ourselves apart as a leader in our industry and attract more customers and the best employees. As a member of our 2-person Clean-up Team, the appropriate individual handles (but not limited to) the following responsibilities: (PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES) Performing final paint inspection Polishing and finessing paint Installing decals and emblems Performing vehicle interior clean-up Completing QC checklist Vehicle exterior clean-up Organizing and managing department inventory (SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES) Shuttling customers to and from our location Assisting the Parts Department Independently managing certain quality control measurements Documenting inventory upon arrival in both electronically and written formats Notifying management when waste removal needs to be scheduled Completing vehicle check-in process Assisting with shop cleanliness The following traits are appreciated: Great attitude and aptitude 3 years’ experience in similar role Driving a manual transmission vehicle Capable of driving larger vehicles Ability to lift 40+ lbs on occasion General iPhone or Android knowledge Reliable personal transportation to work As a valued member of our Team, you will have access to a suite of benefits, perks and career opportunities unique to Titus-Will.
