CARPENTERS: Seattle-based Subcontractor, with a focus on commercial structural concrete, is looking for experienced carpenters to complement our great team. This person is a motivated, honest, and reliable individual and who will bring professionalism and building experience to our company. Job Description/Requirements: Carpenter with minimum 5 years' experience in structural concrete. Must be able to read blue prints. Must be detail-oriented, responsible, punctual, dedicated, well presented and extremely hardworking. This person must have the ability to take initiative and offer support and hands-on skills to each project Supervisor in a lead role. They must be able to assist with the management and flow of the jobsite. Responsible upholding safety standards and quality control. Must be able to comprehend structural drawings. Required to have a valid driver's license, good driving record AND reliable transportation. Must have general personal tools including: nail bags, hand tools, and work boots Benefits include: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, paid vacation/sick days and holidays, and employer match retirement plan. **All positions are full-time, paid every Friday, Projects are throughout the greater Seattle area, must have transportation to project.
