Operator Skills and Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years Equipment Operating experience. * Class A CDL preferred but not a must. * Motivated and goal oriented * Self-starter * Valid Driver’s License * Able to pass a DOT medical exam * Read Plans and stakes Operator Duties: * Operate various heavy equipment: Loader, Excavator, Backhoe, Dozer, Skidsteer. * Fill in as Laborer as needed. Laborer Skills and Qualifications: * Previous experience in excavation desirable * Motivated and goal oriented * Self-starter * Valid Driver’s License * Able to pass a DOT medical exam Laborer Duties: * Assist on job-sites with utility installation, grading, traffic control setup, jobsite cleanup etc. * Fill in other areas as needed Work: * Monday through Friday, 8 to 10 hours per day * Occasionally on Saturday when needed * Local - Hayden/ Coeur d ‘Alene area * Excellent Pay
