We are looking for installers to start immediately! No experience needed and $18/hr starting pay! This is a temporary position but could turn into a long-term position.
This is a physical job and being comfortable on roofs of all pitches is a MUST. Construction or roofing background would be helpful.

Job Requirements:
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds throughout the work day
- Assembling and installing racking systems, installation of solar panels, wire management, laying pipe, and more
- Able to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures
- Must follow safety procedures
