Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting maintenance employees with all daily maintenance duties. Efficient and effective in completing work orders in a timely fashion. Tri weekly on-call rotation with two other staff members. Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Friendly and positive attitude toward tenants and staff a must. Experience, Skills and Knowledge preferred: Two or more years working within a multifamily housing industry. Exemplary attitude and follow up skills required. Problem solving and conflict resolution skills will be necessary. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, tile, drywall and lock replacement Preferred - CPO certification and asbestos training. We will send you to school.
