Do you love working behind the scenes at music festivals, setting up #LIT lighting/sound/FX, and producing epic experiences? We would love to meet you. We’re Ignight Entertainment, and in case you haven’t heard, Ignight Entertainment guides music lovers to epic events. That’s you too, right!? Before you apply for this position, understand that you must have the following: ✓ At least 1 year experience setting up AV at events; ie festivals, parties, weddings, concerts, radio, or bars 🎧 ✓ Willing and able to set up and tear down audio & visual equipment 💪 ✓ Positive attitude 🤩 ✓ Available and willing to work weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, some Sundays) 📅 ✓ Solid calendar management and Accountability 📅 ✓ Reliable method of transportation 🚗 ✓ Ability to solve problems on the fly 🤔 ✓ Fiery passion for music and gear 🔈 ✓ Able to work with artists, planners, venue owners, or brides & grooms on their big day 🤝 ✓ Ability to use event booking and management tools such as HoneyBook, Vibo, and Slack 🤓 ✓ Event production experience 📝 If you are interested, please reach out:  Thank you so much for your time, we can't wait to burn brighter together 🔥 - Ignight
