OMELET NATION provides off-premises omelet action stations and in-home/private breakfast and brunch events. We market from Lake Lure-Black Mountain-Asheville-Highlands/Cashiers-Hendersonville-Tryon and areas in-between. We are seeking parttime/gig/on-call staff in all locations: (Needed in Lake Lure area ASAP) - Chefs/Superior Line Cooks with action station experience. - Customer Service/Assistants/Set-Up Higher volume areas will have a satellite-kichen for prep. Those areas could also see the need for "Ghost-Kitchen" management/partnership opportunities for those that may be interested and qualified.
