Hey there. I manage (and use) a room in close in SE Portland. Looking for an individual or group to take over for tenant that is leaving. The space: 20’ x 25’ House kit Full PA Key pad for building entry Key lock on room Some shelving for storage. 2nd story / no windows (hot in summer, cold in winter) Carpeted with dirty carpet People smoke in the building, but not in our room Expectations for renters (it’s simple): Drama free Able to use google calendar Pay rent on time with Venmo or CashApp (20th of every month) Be respectful of others’ gear To keep clutter to a reasonable amount, I request that no more drums are stored here. I mentioned there is a house kit, and it is a solid kit. Haul in your own cymbals and rock out. Amps and guitars are fine to store, as there is room to stow along the walls. $150 per month. Honestly this room is utilized only 3 or 4 evenings a week. Lot of opportunities to get your moneys worth and more. Most of us get in there once a week. Only 3 other individuals / groups.
