Indie Rock Band Seeks Dynamic Drummer

Hello! We are three musicians (guitars, bass, vocals) looking for a solid drummer for an indie rock project. We've got about an album's worth of tunes ready for your collaboration. Our intention is to record and gig locally and eventually tour. Here's more of what we're looking for: Availability for one or two practices a week, dynamism, chops, and a desire to collaborate to serve the song. *Bonus points if you are also a vocalist and want to contribute vocals because we love some big lush harmonies, but certainly not required. At this point, we have a good sense for what we'd like the existing material to sound like in the hands of a new drummer, though we definitely want to allow for adjustments to the arrangements based on input from whoever joins the project. We would be hoping to work with you to help find ideal arrangements, structures, dynamic shifts, etc. We'd like to see songs account for everyone's individual strengths and tastes in a way that sounds cohesive and organic.
