Window Installer Trainee Looking for a hard working and dependable laborer to work on 2-3 person crew in the window and door installation industry. No experience necessary - will train the right person. Working as an employee making piece rate ($15-$20 per window installed by entire crew - average of 10 - 15 windows per day). Performance based raises every 3-6 months. Learn the trade and be a lead installer in about 2.5 - 3 years with the opportunity to make $400 - $500 per day. All work is residential remodeling. Must be comfortable working on extension ladders. Must have valid drivers license, your own dependable vehicle to get to work. Consistent tardiness and unexcused missed work days are unacceptable and will be an automatic termination in the first 90 days. Please message us for details.
