At Flip, the newest beauty and wellness live commerce app, we are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to be an integral part of our operations team which makes sure that our processes are as efficient as they can be by leading and implementing new and existing productivity initiatives, processes, and systems in our warehouses. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following): Leading a team of 5+ associates Manage day-to-day fulfillment operations Oversee all Fulfillment department operations from batch generations to order picking and packing. Product tagging. Inventory Management Qualifications: 2-5 years experience within an eCommerce environment including fulfillment center. Demonstrated examples of developing and adhering to Policies & Procedures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English. Bachelor's degree in logistics. Beauty/Selfcare product handling experience highly preferred. Strong oral and written communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills required. Strong WMS and Technology background Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Strong WMS knowledge Apply Below:
