Established construction and building maintenance company in the process of expanding our talented team of technicians. If you are a self started and can complete work orders as an individual or work as a team, show up on time and take pride in your work then we want to hear from you. You must have a smart phone to sign in and out of jobs, have reliable transportation (valid DL to qualify for take home vehicle) and own hand tools for respected trade (company will supply any specialty tools as needed). We are looking for employee's that are paid per hour that get paid weekly. NOT looking for subcontractors, people that want daily pay or per job pay. I have plenty of year round work with very little downtime. Laborer & Preservation technician: Board ups, Roof tarps, winterizations, lock changes, cleaning up the shop or job site, delivering, picking up or organizing materials, light demo, trash outs, moving items, yard maintenance, and assist other trades as needed. Building Maintenance Technician/Interior Remodeling Technician: Painting, Drywall repair, base, casement, crown molding, flooring, light plumbing, light electrical, some HVAC knowledge, interior door and cabinet installation Trades Needed: Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Techs, Framing Carpenter If interested please send your contact information.
