At Royalty Roofing, we are looking to add Technicians that have Residential and Commercial Gutter, Roofing Repair/Installation and Siding Repair/Installation experience. The candidate must have experience in roofing, siding, and running a metal brake, have a portfolio of work as well as references. Experience running a seamless gutter machine is also preferred. We need great people that are prompt and courteous with an eye for detail. Job Duties: • Install and Repair roofing, siding, and gutters. • Working with metal brake for installation of fascia and trims • Install and Repair Seamless Gutter Systems • Diagnosis and repair roofing leaks • Taking required job photos throughout the build. • Verifying jobs are being done correctly, per code and manufacturer specs. • Pick up, drop off and return of materials and supplies. Requirements: • Must have good communication skills with customers and peers. • Experience running metal brake • Able to access multi story/steep roofs and comfortable walking them. • Must be willing to work Monday- Saturday in peak season. • Valid driver’s license • Experience diagnosing and repairing roofing leaks & roofing installation. • Experience installing and repairing siding • Experience installing windows including skylights.
