Invitation to Spiritual Hour on Sundays from 11a. to 12n offering meditative, relaxing, and centering experience. Take time to rest and rejuvenate. This week's venue includes gentle music with both crystal and Himalayan singing bowls and we would love for you to attend. The event is free although cash donations are accepted and appreciated. So, we can prepare the space accordingly, an email confirmation (via CL relay) of attendance is required by 7p on Fridays.
