Brand Besties is hiring reliable and engaging brand ambassadors for an ongoing position with a wine brand at farmers markets in the Austin area.  Location: Austin area farmers markets. Barton Creek Mall, Gateway, Bee Cave Galleria, etc. You’ll be working to market and sell a local vineyard’s wines. This includes basic set up and tear down of the booth, and leading the event throughout the day. You’ll give samples of the wine and talk a little about the vineyard, the specific blends that are on offer that day, and what makes them special. You should be comfortable with selling, but it’s not a high-pressure environment. Will be processing sales on Square, so familiarity with operating a POS system is also necessary.  Customers are able to leave tips, which can result in a nice bonus at the end of each day. (you keep 100% of the tips) Looking for: - Self-starter and comfortable working with low oversight - Good interpersonal skills - Excellent verbal and written communication - Reliable and trustworthy - Great work ethic This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make extra money consistently on the weekends this summer in a fun, community-oriented environment.  Schedule: Every weekend starting April 2022.
