Local property management group looking to add 2-3 members to our make ready teams. YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION IS A MUST!!! Basic knowledge of remodeling is required. Job will consist of, but not limited to; contents removal, light demo, minor drywall repair, door replacements, paint, trim, cabinets, fixture installation, and basic plumbing. Looking for someone who shows up to work on time, self motivated, basic hand tools, and must be able to properly manage their time. Pay will be determined on your skill level. This is a W-2 bi-weekly paid job. Hours required are Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 4:30 pm Please TEXT 8164239079 or email [email protected] with the following information.
