We are seeking to hire full-time and part-time electronic techs and quality control techs. GearBrokers is a KC Chamber and Missouri SBDC recognized small business since 2015. We sell and broker TV’s, consumer computer electronics, enterprise hardware, and business solution electronics. Team Techs work in an office/warehouse environment to troubleshoot and restore computers, TV’s, Laptops, printers, monitors, gaming accessories, servers & other enterprise hardware, Point of Sale hardware, home theater, printers, projectors, and much more. Experience and/or knowledge of these products is preferred but not required as problem solving skills is more valuable. For the right candidates, we offer a family owned and operated small business environment at $15 per hour with monthly bonuses at team sales goals. We also include PTO, Gold level Health, Vision, and Dental insurance after 3 months for ALL full-time employees. Hours are flexible as the job is based on the aggregate production of hardware testing. We generally work M-F 10am to 6pm at our warehouse near the Jazz District. The person/people selected for this position will train alongside our already well-versed team. Standing and lifting electronic hardware will be physical components of this job. Basic problem-solving skills are a must, as is personal responsibility. Self-management and reliability are We are looking for a productive person who is positive, motivated, and attentive. We prefer candidates with previous computer/electronic tech experience but are interested interviewing candidates with an aptitude for electronic hardware. Our environment is team-goal oriented.
