I am looking for entry level Cable Technicians to work at the Data Centers in New Albany, Ohio. This position will train candidates. See below for requirements. Start: ASAP Shift: Day work Week: Monday – Friday (occasional OT) Benefits: Health, dental and vision. PPE Needed: Work boots Hand Tools Needed: Screw drivers (Philips/Flathead), wire snips, crimpers. Job Responsibilities: Pulling, testing, and termination of Cat 6 cable Build out MDF/IDFs Installation of Wireless Access Points (WAPs) Install J Hooks, D-rings, cable tray, and other supports Running fiber optic cable Read blue prints Also could include work with - CCTV security, access control & wireless solutions. Requirements: Reliable Transportation Willing to learn and have a good attendance record New construction, commercial experience Must pass background check and drug test Ability to climb ladders and insert cable in Access Points. Able to work from boom/scissor lifts
