Help Us Please! My husband and I are both health compromised right now and we ordered an Arlington 12 by 24 ft backyard building kit with loft to be built in our backyard for our caregiver. Our contractor skipped out on us and the kit is due in a week. Looking for an honest, kind, hard working, knowledgeable contractor -type person to oversee building this kit on a expert level. Must be able to follow instructions well. All building plans come with the kit and there are building questions answered, plans, etc help a phone call away. We will be using the space as storage until we eventually move there to live. Our caregiver will live in our small 1100 sq ft home. We are retired and both have serious illnesses. (My husband has Stage 4 lung cancer metastasized to his liver. He starts chemotherapy tomorrow. I had an accident last Jan when a handicapped bar in a public restroom was not attached to the wall next to the toilet. I fell after grabbing it, it came off in my hand, and I broke my wrist, knee, and back. I am still in recovery). I know there is someone out there who has the ability to help us with this. We will pay fair wages and know this is not an inexpensive deal. We want it done right and will be more than fair with costs involved. Yes, it will have plumbing and electricity and we have plans/ideas to do this right. We just can't do the work ourselves. We have help for the interior of the building if necessary.
